Benedictine Hospital Case Study

We assisted Benedictine Hospital in a successful Certificate of Need application process for a cardiac catheterization laboratory. In addition, we forged an affiliation agreement with St. Peter’s Cardiac Center.

During the Certificate of Need process, we:

• Developed overall strategy and rationale
• Prepared application document
• Wrote scripts for presentations to the New York State Department of Health
• Coordinated lobbyists and consultants
• Created educational graphics to support rationale
