Paula Banahan, vice president

Paula has over twenty-five years of diverse health care experience including senior level posts in hospital administration, marketing, contracting and operations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a medical/surgical concentration from Boston College School of Nursing.

Prior to Paula’s consulting career, she spent 12 years in nursing and hospital administration. Her last hospital post was as President and CEO at the New Hampshire Heart Institute in Manchester, NH where she was responsible for a $43 million increase in cardiac revenues. Paula’s ability to provide a liaison role between physicians and administration is exceptional.

As vice president of Banahan.Communications, Paula provides the highest level of experience and expertise in areas including strategy, operations, contracting and physician relations issues.
